| For the TATE, a new rental building erected at the beginning of the Chelsea building boom, Gary Paul coordinated the design and installation of five model apartments designed by his students at the Parsons School of Design. The Related Companies, the building’s developer, requested that GPIDC design two additional model apartments in the building; a studio apartment featuring a built-in draped fabric headboard and brightly colored contemporary furnishings suited to a younger tenant and a one bedroom apartment with a dining area, more sophisticated furnishings, and a soothing color palette targeted toward an older tenant. |
