After searching with clients throughout Chicago's "Gold Coast" neighborhood for a fitting residence, contiguous apartments became available on an upper floor of a lakefront high rise.  Designed in the 1970's, the apartment required significant reconfiguration and substantial upgrades, including new bathrooms and a relocated kitchen.   While the plan capitalizes on spectacular lake and city views, the apartments’ rich, varied, and eclectic finishes bring focus to the interior spaces as well.
