For a 37th floor condominium renovation in midtown Manhattan, GPIDC reflected the contemporary European tastes of its young owners. The entire apartment was stripped and rebuilt with new floors and walls, upgraded finishes, a suited bath and dressing area, as well as a new kitchen with skyline views. The apartment was also rewired to accommodate high-end media applications. Much attention was given to the sleek finishes of the Italian cabinetry throughout the apartment and the material detailing in the kitchen and bathrooms. |
